The Puppet Players are a Jackson, Mississippi based Puppet Company. As a fledgling company, we are specializing in birthday partys and other small events. Our main goal is to make everyone HAPPY! The Puppet Players was started in July of 2011, but has lived much longer in the hearts of it's founding members, Lesley and Lawrence. For more info on our members please click on the About Us tab. We're Teaching a Summer Camp
Come play with us as we explore the wonderful world of puppets and journey through the actor's process. In this full day, hands-on camp, participants will unleash their artistic side and learn essential life skills. The week of theatre ends with a performance of some of Aesop's Fables for family and friends! Enrollment is limited to ensure personal attention for each camper. The camp will be at Millsaps University, in Jackson MS. Puppetry professionals Peter and Jarmila Zapletal and theatre veterans Lawrence and Lesley Raybon will direct this camp.
