PUPPET ARTS THEATRE is a professional touring theatre company offering exciting variety of outstanding programs introducing children of all ages to classical music, theatre and puppetry. To best reflect the content, each show in our repertoire offers a different style of presentation.
Many of our shows feature a meaningful audience participation. Children selected from the audience join the professional cast on stage and perform with the puppets made by the company.
Mississippi Arts Commission offers matching grants of 50% of our fee to Mississippi sponsors for our performances. For more information about grants from MAC click here .
The Puppet Arts Theatre is headed up by the extremely talented and award winning Peter Zapletal. Their repertoire includes such shows as Toad Prince, Pinocchio and many, many others! Puppet Arts Theater shows are extremely well done and one day The Puppet Players hope to achieve the same level of quality, professionalism and success!
